Beaver, a deep-fried rice cracker that has been loved in the Hokuriku region since its release in 1970. Faithfully inheriting the recipe and manufacturing method from back then, this traditional flavor is made by kneading Hidaka kelp into Hokuriku glutinous rice and adding Naruto roasted salt, resulting in a crunchy texture and irresistible kelp flavor! The product name comes from the fact that the shape of two candy bars lined up resembles the teeth of a beaver doll exhibited at the Canadian Pavilion at the 1970 Osaka Expo.
