Beaver curry-flavored rice crackers have been a favorite in the Hokuriku region since their release in 1970. The crispy, slightly salty beaver dough, made using the same recipe and manufacturing method as back then, has an addictive, spicy flavor with the richness and umami of curry. The product name comes from the fact that the shape of the two sweets, placed side by side, resembles the teeth of a beaver doll exhibited at the Canadian Pavilion at the 1970 Osaka Expo.
